Acceptable use policy
The uses we permit and prohibit for data supplied by Listworks.

Permitted use
Data may be used for lawful business-to-business activity.
- Direct marketing to businesses, subject to PECR and TPS or CTPS screening.
- Market research, territory planning and competitor analysis.
- Recruitment outreach to businesses.
- Enriching your own CRM records for businesses you already deal with.
Prohibited use
The following uses are prohibited and will result in the licence being withdrawn.
- Reselling, publishing or redistributing the data as a dataset or list.
- Sending unlawful, misleading or fraudulent communications.
- Automated calling or messaging that breaches PECR.
- Profiling individuals or combining the data with consumer datasets.
- Scraping, reverse engineering or systematically testing our services.
Enforcement
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend account access and terminate the licence without refund. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant regulator.
