How to ask List Works Ltd to remove or correct business information.

1. Who can ask
Anyone can ask us to remove or correct information relating to them or to a business they are authorised to represent. You do not need to have been a customer.
2. How to ask
Email us using the contact page, choosing the data removal enquiry type. Include the business name, the information concerned and, where relevant, evidence that you are authorised to act for that business.

- Business name and location
- Email address or telephone number concerned
- What is incorrect, or that you want the record suppressed
3. What we do
We acknowledge the request, verify what we hold, and either correct the record or add it to our permanent suppression list so it is excluded from future files. We keep a minimal record of the suppression so the exclusion continues to be honoured.
Removal applies to files we prepare after the request. It cannot recall files already delivered to a customer.
