Information we hold about customers

When you contact us or place an order we hold your name, work email address, company details, billing information and the content of your enquiry. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

Business information we hold

We hold information about UK businesses drawn from public registers, published listings, business websites and public review platforms. Where that information relates to an identifiable individual, such as a sole trader, we process it on the basis of legitimate interests in supplying business-to-business information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and object to processing. Email hello@listworks.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Enquiry correspondence is kept for two years. Suppression records are kept indefinitely so that exclusions continue to be honoured.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and basket state, and privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites. No advertising cookies are set.
