Terms of service

1. Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices shown during the build are calculated from the quantity, fields and options you select, and are shown excluding and including VAT before payment. Volumes shown before an order is fulfilled are indicative.

If we cannot supply the volume ordered, we will contact you, supply the records that genuinely match and charge only for those records.

3. Licence to use the data

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied data for your own marketing, research and business development.

• You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the data as a dataset.
• You may not use the data to build or enrich a competing data product.
• You may share the data internally and with contractors acting on your behalf under equivalent obligations.

4. Your responsibilities

You are the data controller for your own marketing activity. You are responsible for screening telephone numbers against the TPS and CTPS, honouring opt-outs, and complying with GDPR, PECR and any sector rules that apply to you.

5. Liability

We supply data on a reasonable skill and care basis. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or campaign costs.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
